What did Keira see at Inside Retail Live?
Traditionally, marketing budgets are spent targeting demographics and devices. For example, take two females who live in Sydney and prefer shopping online. On paper they fall into the same targeted audience. But behind their screens both women are uniquely individual in their style, attitudes and budget. We all know this intuitively, and with Keira we can start to get to know them on a deeper level.
Keira is Orange Line’s AI bot. Orange Line ran Keira’s first public experiment at Inside Retail Live last week. We hosted a photo booth, snapped over 150 participants and fed the data into Keira.
Keira’s image recognition technology enables her to identify a consumer’s individuality. She can read their style, motivations for shopping and spending budget. With this information, Orange Line is not only working to help brands connect with the influencers who will authentically tell their story but to also target the right person, at the right time, with the right message, and using the right digital channels.
